- Email your return request to email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. Someone will reach out to you during hours of operation to handle the request.
Requirements For Return
- All trailer sales, cap sales, and truck accessory sales are final
- All Parts Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Special order items are not able to be returned for any reason
- Trailer orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit
- Trailer hold deposits are transferable upon request and non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs where applicable
- Must contact Trailer Superstore first to obtain an RA#
- RA# must be placed on the return package to receive a refund
- Must have original packaging.
- Product has not been used, installed, or disassembled.
- Product is not damaged due to improper installation/handling.
- Do not have missing parts, hardware, or instructions.
