**If GVWR IS GREATER THAN 3000 lbs

In Pennsylvania, an annual state inspection is required for trailers with a GVW over 3000 lbs – There are many items checked for state inspection. These include tire tread depth, brakes, lights, hubs, breakaway kit, frame, and other body components.
