This spreader mounts to any 2-inch hitch receiver and includes a universal stake pocket attachment. The hopper holds 10 cubic feet of bagged #1 rock salt. Salt is added through a hinged opening on top of the spreader.

The salt distribution is gravity-fed and can spread as wide as 30 feet. The machine also includes an 80-pound vibrator to help distribute the material. All motor components are housed in a steel chamber for protection from the elements. Users can control the salt flow and vibration using an in-cab controller for added convenience.
